Welcome to Alabama Pro Wash. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before scheduling service. 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or allowing Alabama Pro Wash to perform work on your property, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Alabama Pro Wash ("we," "us," or "our").

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

Alabama Pro Wash provides professional exterior cleaning services including but not limited to soft wash house cleaning, roof cleaning, concrete and driveway pressure washing, commercial building cleaning, parking lot cleaning, restaurant cleaning, drone cleaning services, and related exterior cleaning services. Specific services will be detailed in your written estimate or service agreement.

3. ESTIMATES AND PRICING

We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all services. Quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issue and pricing may change after this period. We make every effort to provide accurate estimates, but final pricing may vary if actual conditions differ significantly from those observed during estimation. All pricing includes complete service as described in the estimate with no hidden fees or surprise charges. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for services not yet scheduled if costs increase significantly, but scheduled services will honor original quoted pricing.

4. SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION

Service appointments are scheduled based on mutual agreement and availability. Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions that prevent safe or effective cleaning, and we will contact you promptly to reschedule. Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of up to $100. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances and will provide as much notice as possible.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due upon completion of services and your approval of the work. We accept cash, check, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Venmo, and PayPal. Commercial clients may request invoice terms with approved credit. Invoiced accounts not paid within 30 days of invoice date may be subject to late fees of 1.5% per month (18% annually) on the outstanding balance. Customer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees, if account is sent to collections. We do not typically require deposits for residential services, but commercial projects or services over $2,000 may require a deposit of up to 50%.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer agrees to provide accurate property information during the estimate process, ensure access to property, water supply, and electricity if needed, secure pets indoors during service, move or protect valuable outdoor items, close all windows and doors, inform us of any delicate plants or areas requiring special attention, disclose any known property damage or defects that may affect cleaning, provide safe working conditions and access to areas to be cleaned, and notify us immediately of any concerns during or after service.

7. WARRANTY AND SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We guarantee your satisfaction with our services. If you're not completely satisfied, notify us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. While we cannot guarantee exact duration of results (which depend on environmental factors, sun exposure, tree coverage, etc.), our soft wash methods typically deliver results lasting 2-3 years under normal conditions. We guarantee our services will not damage your property when performed according to industry standards and manufacturer recommendations. Any damage caused by our negligence will be promptly repaired or compensated. Our warranty does not cover pre-existing damage or defects, damage caused by improper property maintenance, normal wear and weathering, results affected by unusual weather or environmental conditions, or damage from causes beyond our control.

8. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

Alabama Pro Wash carries $2,000,000 in general liability insurance and full worker's compensation coverage for all employees. Certificates of insurance are available upon request for property managers and commercial clients. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or deteriorated conditions, damage to property not caused by our negligence, damage to improperly installed or maintained building components, normal aging or weathering of materials, or damage disclosed after service completion that was not reported within 24 hours. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion to be considered.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Alabama Pro Wash's total liability exceed the amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or inconvenience. We are not liable for damage to property with pre-existing defects, deterioration, or improper installation, even if such conditions were not apparent during our inspection, or for damage caused by weather events, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Alabama Pro Wash, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from Customer's failure to disclose property defects or conditions, Customer's negligence or intentional misconduct, damage to property caused by pre-existing conditions, third-party claims related to Customer's property or actions, or violations of these Terms and Conditions by Customer.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND MARKETING

We may take before and after photos of work for our records, quality control, and marketing purposes. By using our services, you grant Alabama Pro Wash permission to use photos of your property in marketing materials, website, social media, and advertising unless you specifically request otherwise in writing. Customers may opt out of photo marketing use by notifying us in writing. We may request customer reviews on Google, Facebook, and other platforms, though submission is voluntary.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Both parties agree to attempt good faith resolution of any disputes before pursuing legal action. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama. Before filing suit, parties agree to attempt mediation of disputes. The prevailing party in any legal action shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.

13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Alabama Pro Wash reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Modified" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Modifications do not affect existing service agreements unless mutually agreed.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, along with any written estimate or service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between Customer and Alabama Pro Wash regarding services provided. These terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
